Staff is fairly friendly and you can park your car on-site.

The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and all the amenities needed.

The breakfast was delicious, such variety, with too many flour based sweets. Free Wi-Fi was fast and the service was good! We didn't want to leave and would definitely stop here again, loved the hotel.

hotel is in an area of the Rozas far from the center, there are no restaurants nearby..., you need the car to move. Heron City Mall is 6 minutes away by car and there are plenty of franchise restaurants to eat there. outlet de las Rozas is also 5 minutes away, double room is very wide and beds are very comfortable, only problem is that the heating was set at almost 27 degrees and it was very hot, we tried to turn it down without success, in the end we decided to turn off the air and even then we were very hot. minibar was broken, facilities were very good, reception, elevators... it's very clean, although we didn't use it, there was a spa and a gym. parking lot was very big. It seemed expensive to us 120 euros for a double but good... with the end of the King's Cup it was Madrid at its best.

The heat in the room was suffocating despite turning off the thermostat.

The place is brand new, offers good service, and has a great location near a supermarket and Madrid.

A nice hotel in the very good location on the river bank + right in the city center. Polite and professional staff and exellent breakfast. The "old castle" style tastefully combined with the modern architectural features.

The room was really nice, it had everything you need like a safe, air conditioning, and a mini-fridge. the staff was super friendly and helpful! 😊.

Small rooms, dirty, bad smell

Had an exceptional stay during a business trip, everything was modern. Stayed in a double room with all the amenities, which was perfect for me. the staff was very helpful, and the location was peaceful.

The hotel is conveniently situated near various companies, just a short taxi ride away from an industrial area, making its location superb.

The staff here are incredibly accommodating and the twin room had a comfortable bed with all the amenities and some remarkable features.
